        ARCOM provides support with various levels to match client needs and budget. Our highly trained, certified and well experienced team of support professionals are ready to respond to client calls around the clock. We also provide our own customized packages for specific project needs.

ARCOM offers the following pre-packaged support services :

  •  On Site: This package includes manning the operation with a team working around the clock, or during business hours based on client needs and required business continuity levels.
        
  •  Platinum: This package includes 24X7X2 with immediate replacement of the critical parts of the solution.
       
  • Gold: This package includes 8X5X4 with replacement of the critical parts of the solution within 48 hours.
       
  • Silver: This package includes 8X5XNBD with replacement of the critical parts of the solution within 5-10 working days.
       
  • On Call: ARCOM professionals make service visits, upon the request of the clients, to diagnose and fix technical problems.

A Ceremony to recognize the outstanding performers will be held Thursday Jan. 31, 2008 after Thohr Prayer in the main meeting room in the first floor of ARCOM HQ. The invitation is open for all.
