packages for specific project needs.
ARCOM offers the following pre-packaged support services :
- On Site: This package includes manning the operation with a
team working around the clock, or during business hours based on client needs
and required business continuity levels.
- Platinum: This package includes 24X7X2 with immediate
replacement of the critical parts of the solution.
- Gold: This package includes 8X5X4 with replacement of the
critical parts of the solution within 48 hours.
- Silver: This package includes 8X5XNBD with replacement of the
critical parts of the solution within 5-10 working days.
- On Call: ARCOM professionals make service visits, upon the
request of the clients, to diagnose and fix technical problems.
