E-School System: (SchoolWiz) This system has been designed to transfer all procedures in the Corps of Engineers school and center from the traditional paper system to a fully integrated automated system covering all educational and administrative activities. The System also addresses the command requirements such as analysis, statistical data and over all controls. 

The system performs the following tasks:

1. The Automation of the stages preceding student entrance to the center or school such as primary release , automatic selection by the units, tools of classification and acceptance by the command and student reception.
2. The Automation of the routine administrative daily work undergone by the student such as ( attendance – penalties – permissions- grant of trusts – automatic periodic tests – automatic marking – automatic issue of results and certificates – automatic issue of absence and failure notices).
3. Provides tools of preparing electronic educational curriculums which may involve texts, photos,
   voice slices, video slices with possibility of publishing them in different
   formats.).
4. Provides the tools for following up the curriculum teaching process, as the system points to the teacher the subject to be covered in each class, and reminds him of subjects delayed from previous classes.
5. Provides the tools for preparing tests, mark them , produce the results, show list of exceptional students and type the relevant excellence certificates all in an automatic manner according to previously set rules.
6. Provides a number of important services to students such as school syllabus revision,
   course references (electronic library), and trial test runs.
7. Due to the importance of secrecy of data in this system, it has an automatic watch over
   control system, as it keeps a record of who entered the system and the details
   of transactions done by him, keeping the basic value and the modifications at
   all time.
8. The system has got multiple confidentiality levels, and there is a possibility of coding all
   data in the system or any part of it. For easy access to data by units, command
   or students.
9. The system allows the use of various technologies for displaying and registering
   information such as mobile telephones and hand-hold units.
10. The system provides more than 80 reports with various qualities, including those serving
    process of making present and future decision as it provide smart data analysis.
